Who is responsible
Effi-Man SRL, Rue de la Source 76, 1060 Brussels, Belgium (enterprise number 0504.888.364), is responsible for the personal data processed through this website.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, organisation, the type of situation and your description of it. We ask you not to include CVs, assessment reports or sensitive information in your message.
When you visit the website, technical data is processed to deliver and protect it: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the response code, your browser and the referring page. Our hosting provider keeps these access logs for at least 7 days, after which they are deleted. Our security and performance network processes the same data to protect the site; it keeps only aggregated statistics and a sample of security events for about 24 hours.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools.
Why we use your data
We use the information from the contact form only to answer your request and, where relevant, to discuss a possible assignment. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
Technical data is used only to operate and secure the website.
Who receives your data
Your message is sent by email to RH-mètre. It is processed by our hosting and email provider Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) and passes through Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which protects and speeds up the website, under their data processing terms. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as offering adequate protection; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
If your request does not lead to an assignment, we delete it 12 months after our last exchange. If it does, your data becomes part of the client file and is kept according to the terms of that assignment.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. To do so, use the contact form and select “Request about my personal data”, or write to Effi-Man SRL at the address above. We answer within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
